NeuroCognitive Imaging Laboratory

The NeuroCognitive Imaging Lab (NCIL) is devoted to furthering our understanding of the brain through scientific research.

In particular, we are interested in neuroplasticity - how the brain's organization can be affected by experience, and how this changes over the lifespan.

We use brain imaging technologies in this endeavour, including functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and event-related brain potentials (ERP).

Our ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life of all the world's citizens through research that informs clinical practice and policy-making in health care and education.
